I heard to plug the vents?? also to drill a small hole in the bottom but when it is dry to seal them with silicone.?? what the the best way to do this. anything would be appreciated. thanks

yes deinatly leave the vents open, and make sure there not clogged, To fix the condensation in headligths i usually drill a couple small 1/8" holes int eh bottom where its not visable to allow some air movment inside the lense it'll keep the moisture from building up

do you know what the laws for smoked lights are in BC? do you have to wet sand and clear coat the VHT?
