It looks good man, but that hood is for a 97-00 SC, not yours...

val it actually fits both models cuz they latch in the same place the fitment is actually pretty good man the only thing they had to do was modify the latch a little bit for it to latch properly but other then that it fits great i know i was kinda weary when i talked to wes from saturn motorsports and he said it'll fit both model cars cuz of the headlights being different and such but i'm glad it fits awsome!!!!

Sean, its not a question of whether it fits good or not, I'm just telling you that it's not made for your car. The 97-00 SC and 01-02 SC had similar hoods from the factory, witht he only difference being the cut lines in the center of the 01 hood, and the raised eyebrow look as well. The 97-00 hoods were simply sleek and sloped, but were straight across the headlights. It still looks great on your ride, don't get me wrong. I JUST hope they didn't sell it to you saying that it WAS made for it, because its not.

Personally I like the more snarled look your headlights had with your stock hood. Now that the hood is straight cut across, it reminds me of a large unibrow over your headlights.

well they did tell me it was for an 01-02 coupe as it says in the sale thread under saturn of thornhills carbon fiber hood post!!!, i see what ur sayin about it taking away from the headlights but meh i like how it looks, i got it for a steal as well so i can't complain too much plus the quality of the hood is really good, i guess the way it cuts off the headlights is the only downside but i can live with it as i always wanted a cf hood so its a step towards how i wanted my car too look but i do see what ur saying man no worries!!!!
