If I can remember correctly, it matches the intake manifold side perfectly and much larger towards the inlet of the TB.
I think its 58mm if I'm correct.

it is, and I believe that it can be bored out bigger than a saturn one.........

I really haven't checked out doing it too much though, although there was 2 of them sitting in the wrecker in the fall

Does anyone know how much bore you can get out of a geo instead of a saturn. As in, is it even worth the effort, or is it like .03 difference.

geo gsi tb. bolts righ up to any horizontal saturn intake manifold. 65mm opening, 57mm behind the throttle plate 56mm plate. mind you this is a gsi, there is also the sohc geo storm

QFT

the only thing you have to fab up is the vacuum lines; the ones on the Geo TB pull from in FRONT of the plate, not behind like we need, so you'll have to splice into your PCV valve line or brake booster line.

You also need a custom bracket for your throttle cable.
