K, so I bought everything needed for the swap on my 2001 SC from Andrew88 (thanks!) but 1 problem. I need an e-brake cable, but on saturnparts.net it doesn't list the part for disc brakes on a 2001, only up to 1998? Would the one for the 96-98 SC fit mine? Or would there be issues? Any help would br great guys..The car is coming out in 3 weeks FINALLY!

:D

Check the swap guide I have in a different subforum, but off the top of my head, I think 91-95 and 99+ were the same.

Call Leggatt Saturn Saab in Burlington. They are still open for the rest of 2010 and their parts are reasonable for a stealership.

Found it:

The models listed below each have their own style E-brake cable. There are two different lengths (short wheelbase, and long). Also, in '95 Saturn decided to change the connector at the E-brake cable. This continued till midway through '97, then they went BACK to the original style.
91-94 SC/SC1/SC2 91-94 sedans and wagons and all 97-02 cars (97 with VIN#s VZ334256 (sdn) VZ334335 (wgn) and VZ334269 (cpe) & higher 95-96 SC1/SC2 95-96 sdns, wgns, all 97 models with VIN #'s VZ344255 (sedans) VZ344334 (wagons) and VZ334268 (sedans) and prior

anyone wanna decipher this russian? wow! I'm guessing I would need the one for a 97 coupe (VZ334269) right?
My head hurts just looking at this.

Don't you work for a GM dealer? can they look up saturn parts?

easier than driving to burlington to get a part
