Anyone know where i can get a new/used injen short ram intake for a 2001 SC2 A/T for less than $160?
OR an AEM for the same?
Also, any images of it?..
Do they all have the same length and diameter for the intake system?..
Any other worthy intakes?

Any ideas for other intake components?..
It's going to be paired with a Thermal R&D cat-back and high-flow cat..
Thinking about new cams from SDA, worth the money?
I realize that they'll need tuning, but would they be worth it?..
Should headers be replaced with exhaust install?..

If you are doing the rest of the exhaust, why not do the HEADER?!?! It only makes sense  I have just a cheap ebay intake and it works just fine. Save yourself a tonne of money and do that

Yeah, stupid question xD.

An SDA ported intake manifold and Big bore throttle body should be good parts to put in at the same time as the new intake..

But I don't know which should be first, Exhaust or Intake?

Also, how big is the bore in the SMS Big-Bore TB?
Would an SDA Throttle body be smaller?..

The stock intake isn't a restriction, all it will get you is more sound, that's it.
I would definetely replace the header, get a high flow cat, and do the exhaust like you planned.
After that, grab cams and an Apexi SAFC to tune the computer.

If you actually want to go fast though, aim for a manual swap.
A stock SC2 manual will be pretty much even with a SC2 auto that has $7000 in bolt ons (cams, complete exhaust, etc).

Agreed. You need to let the engine breath more but it also needs to get rid of all the air you are stuffing in there. Do the exhaust front to back then worry about other things. You wont feel a damn thing by putting an intake alone on your car.

A dual plane intake but let me ask you, why not build it right the first time? If you want overdrive, don't do it later, do it when you're putting the powerplant together. Buy a parts truck with an LS setup
