rushing water?

anyone hear water rushing/trickling when you first drive your car? i hear it every time. it kinda worries me lol.

does your car have ABS.


im assuming it does.

its the ABS solenoids. opening and closing testing the system at either 5mph or 1500rpms, which ever comes first after the initial start up

Crazy, did not know this. My cavalier does it and I always wondered, just assumed it was a POS lol

lol thanks for the reply. yea everytime i take someone somewhere they get confused and ask if i heard "that" with a funny face : / i thought maybe the frame was carrying water! lol

The heater core has also been known in many instances to give this sound. Be it air in there, or whatever, some do it, some don't.
