i think Any electronics store sells them pretty cheap..

if you buy them, make sure it has sub channels. if you get into larger areas you'll run out of channels and end up sharing channels with people you dont know

Yeah, which is something that made me want to buy them, but probably no one else would have them unless I purchased them for others and get paid back. Also, Free Bump! Less then 2 weeks away.

So I have 4 2way radios to buy this weekend, so who else needs/want 1 or 2 since 1 alone is useless later?

Jer's a maybe, his Fiero's giving him trouble, but I'm still in. I'll actually be spending the Friday night in Niagara Falls, but I should be able to make it to Port Dover by noon... it's over 130kms away :O

Well, did the route last night..pretty good. Discovered another road that runs closer to the lake...was a fun drive - lots of curves and hills.few good 90* ones haha..road quality was comparable to the escarpment tour last time. Might head out once more time this week to re check out. . . my car is lowered and such and there was nothing real extreme. Also found some construction in one spot that is easily avoidable :)

Ya its going to be a long one, according to google maps its 198kms to port dover, 108 to port stanley , 270 to home!
But I am excited should be fun..
So what should everyone bring? Like are we just bringing stuff for ourselves or is someone in charge of hotdogs, pop, chips etc?

A potluck style thing would be cool, $10 a person should be plenty (IE: one person bring a pack of burgers, another a couple packages of big hotdogs or sausages, another brings drinks, another snacks, etc).

I will need to leave at around 4pm unfortunately, I have to be back in downtown toronto for around 7pm.
I figure that if we leave port dover at noon, we'll get to port stanley for 2pm, and that'll leave me 2 hours, so I'm definitely going to be bringing/wanting some more solid food.

Should we start assigning foods?

Rudy, wouldn't say trouble, had to find the reason why the rad fan wouldn't turn on, bad switch, turning on the AC gets the fan turned on until I can replace the sensor. But I think I found my high speed shake Rudy, the wheel bearings are either loose or worn, I can move both wheels with the rotors on the spindle........with the car on the ground. No biggies though, both easy fixes that will only take a hour or two.

As for the cruise, I don't think I am going to be making it, Krista is away on Sat so I need to get some work done for customer's Cobalt, and on Sunday I have to start packing for Krista's and my camping trip.........BTW rudy, the trailer is complete.
