HID lights in a non-HID housing suck. Some are decent, like the Ion's, but the S-series saturns suck complete monkey balls. You will decrease your visibility because the light will go all over in front of the car, but not shine on the road.

Ya as Jon said they suck in stock housings. A descent pair of halogens are a better bet. If you want to do them properly you need to get clear lenses on the car, check ebay or take a spare set apart sand down the flutes and polish them till they and crystal clear! Then they would be hawt.
