He can blame the heatsoak, I blame the driver

I ran 16.8 when I had my SOHC, nothing to be proud of :(

He's a little slow (talking MPH, not his time) for his mods, but not that much.

The GM Stage 2 makes a world of difference, totally worth doing.

since i am not in warrantee anymore. or give a shit lol i am gonna attempt to get mases stage 1 lol. in the later summer i am looking into a heat exchanger very soon i had my buddy hook up his interceptors at the track and i was stupid hot.. for ait 1 and 2 like looking at 160-170ish while staging..

so ya heat soak and i need to learn how to launch this kitty litter box.

Launching is tough, I have to learn it myself. I have the dual-pass, and was seeing 160 iat2 in staging lanes sometimes.

Talk to Jer about Mase's stage 1 before you buy it, make sure he's happy with it before you go and get yours.

i talked to fidget and a few other guys at the track that had mase do it, he knows what hes doing jiust from what i hear hes inconsistant (sp) and that would freak me a little cause hes 5hrs away from me i still think about getting stage 2 i can find one for like 4-500bux only part that annoys me is having to press off the pully on the s/c all the other stuff seems mickey mouse.

i would like go to go 2.7 cause anything more its not worth it cause the s/c is over spinning. with anything smaller, and heat will start to kill i dont want to get into meth injectors on a dd. i am not as crazy as jer for these things he can afford to take a few days off at work or have other ways to get there not with my car plus i was told you should get a tune with meth.

Even 2.8 is a pretty small pully, you pretty much need the dual pass and a heat exchanger.

All pullys require you to press off the stock one, or swap the snout with another one that has already been pressed off.

You can get the GM stage 2 hub, or the ZZP, or any other hub that allows for different pullys.

I assume you were planning on 60 lb injectors, because you would have to for pullys that small.

yah basically wanna go mase stage 1 and heat exchanger and his tb spacer and get a ls1 tb or the 4.2 tb from that other car that fits and try to make a desent conservative tune that wont go to shit if the weather chances drastically from summer to winter (since this is my dd summer and winter)

i want 260whp (for now.. he he he) i figure with stage 1 and bolt ons i should get that hopefully.

I like Mase's parts, but since my car is a custom tune, its taking a while.........if you get a stage 1, make sure he has a tune ready for you.

Also get yourself a interceptor gauge as well, I got mine in today, and wondered why it took so long till I got one.
