I've always thought they were pretty cool but not on my Saturn. I like the location too. Good job.

it isn't easier to steal, because it still needs the key in the on position before the push to start works. Really the button only gets rid of the need to push the key all the way over to start it.

Its only really a "looks" mod, but still a good install and it looks good on his car.

Jer

I guess he just wants to post so bad that he'll say just about anything. He mods a Saturn, that's what this site is for.

Ya... you got me there  I posted because i didnt see a point, I still don't really, if you have to use the keys still you might as well just crank it over, now if you wanted to put is some kind of computer and a receiver to tell then you are in the car, and have the botton only work when you (the transmitter) is in the car, then it would make more sence to me.

But to each their own.

Dude, you're negative, that's all I was saying. Everytime anyone says they do anything on here, you have to say some negative shit.

he has a point though.

i atleast did mine with a power kill switch on my old 97.

turned the key to on and yanked the fucker out.

had a cut switch in the ignition harness that had to be engaged for the push button to work.

all i had to carry was my RKE FOB

i even made a lil plate to cover my key hole.

Yeah, really when you think of it, all push start buttons are pointless. They are still pretty cool to me though and although it doesn't really fit on a Saturn in my opinion, it is just that. My opinion. Nobody should get mad because they post up a pic and others dont like it. And actually, I don't even recall the original poster to be upset over Kenny's comments. He wasn't saying that it was gay aor anything like that. He said they were pointless. Lets all put our e-dicks away  and focus on the J-Body bash coming up and the cruise and BBQ being planned for us in July. :D
