yes, mine needs body work, but im also looking for some ecotecs, got a line on a wrecked car in London, talking to the owner aboput the motor, ecu and harness (although i would prefer a full car in 5 speed)

keep an eye out fo rthat for me too :)

as for the mazda, it just needs some temporary body fix to get me through a couple more years, i dont plan on keeping it forever

lol strip the car and sell me the drivetrain hahahahaha

i assume in the LS right?

I heard the Saturn Ecotecs are dummed down, saturn had to de-power them because they were too close to the V6 models... in theroy you should be able to tune them back to be equal with the other ecotecs out there.

now, if you are talking about having a spare ecotec and 5 speed powertrain for sale, please tell me more :P

Man I have some plans in the works for that engine. I have a cobalt ss exhaust manifold that's 2.25 inch out (up from 2 inch) with full 2.25 magnaflow stainless steel exhaust, 2.4 intake manifold and an ecu reflash that is good for at least 20 hp. My dad had his ecu tweaked at saturn hamilton east before they shut down. And it was only within warranty spec, so I imagine there is another 10 lurking around there. And yes these engines are seriously detuned. They have the potential to be very peppy out of the box with a flashed ecu. De-restricted stock air box and that's about it, maybe cams, but for 600 bucks, I have to think about that. All in all I'm hoping for about 210-225 at the flywheel. I should build a member build page. It's going to be fun this summer ;)

I hope it looks familiar lol, its a mirror right now

Ill probably keep both domains and keep o6p.ca pointed to the old one. Keep all data in 1 place, and continue to mature the our6thplanet.com domain, it is after all 4 or 5 this year ;)

edit, just looked it up, Originally registered on Oct 14, 2006, so we will be 5 years old this year ;)
